Unconditional compliance with legal regulations and adherence to internal rules and regulations is a top priority and an integral part of the values of the Autobahn Tank & Rast Group and all its affiliated companies (“Tank & Rast”). This also includes the responsible treatment of human rights and the environment. Against this background, Tank & Rast takes the obligations of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) and the German Whistleblower Protection Act very seriously.

Tank & Rast opposes any violation of human rights or the environment in its own business operations and along the supply chain.

Supplier Code of Conduct

We require our business partners to comply with our standards – not only in terms of the required product quality, but also in regards to transparent, fair and responsible business standards. This is how we ensure that our business partners taking up their social, ecological and economic responsibility – and our customers receive high-quality products.

Supplier Code of Conduct

We require all of our business partners along the supply chain to comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct (SCoC). We oblige our suppliers to comply with the same standards at all production sites and in all processes. The SCoC for business partners is in line with our values and our actions and sets out uniform and binding criteria for responsible conduct. It regulates aspects such as the prohibition of corruption, child labor, forced labor and discrimination as well as the promotion of health and safety in the workplace, the right to freedom of association and collective bargaining and environmental protection.

Reporting system

Notes on possible compliance violations makes a significant contribution to meeting the requirements placed and avoiding damage to our customers, business partners and Tank & Rast. This also applies in particular to complaints that point to human rights or environmental infringements, as an essential part of the due diligence obligations under the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG).

Suspected compliance violations, complaints about risks or violations in connection with the observance of human rights and environmental protection can be reported on request, while maintaining confidentiality and secrecy, via the following channel as part of our whistleblower system. The report can also be submitted anonymously.
