Services for the physically challenged

We also cater to the needs of physically challenged travellers. Virtually all of our buildings are easily accessible for people in wheelchairs. All service areas have parking spaces reserved for the physically challenged and telephones for the wheelchair-bound. Our hotels even have rooms designed specifically for people in wheelchairs.

DRS assistance at filling stations for the physically challenged

For users of the DRS assistance there are some filling stations along the motorway offerering the service for physically challenged motorists. Travellers need to signal their need for assistance via their DRS transmitter as they approach the service area. The filling station team will then acknowledge the request and be waiting for the motorist when he or she pulls up to the petrol pump. This takes the risks out of filling up, and makes travelling much more pleasant.

Accessibility

We also cater for accessibility to the internet. All kinds of information on this page is edited for all users - no matter of physically or technical challenges. That is especially important for users with limited sight and helps all other users with clear and understandable structures.
